I've always had excellent writing skills and so I write my own texts. Why should I invest in editing if I'm confident I write well?

Asking for editing does not mean admitting that you cannot write. My editing service is often used by my translator colleagues, definitely not people who can't write well! In my profession too, in many cases, a second opinion and a careful rereading are truly enlightening.
An extra pair of eyes can find little hidden errors, notice a sentence structure whose flow needs improvement, find some typos that had escaped (believe me, sometimes we read our texts over so many times that we learn them by heart, which can actually be a problem!). An extra brain can give you excellent ideas about the text's structure, help find the catchiest slogans, or make stylistic suggestions.
Asking for editing does not mean you can't write (or that you don't trust the person writing for you), it just means that you're a meticulous person and care about your work!

How much does your editing service cost?

The cost of my editing service depends on many factors, including type of text, urgency, type of editing needed...
Based on those factors, I apply either a rate per word or per hour. But, first, we'll talk and clarify exactly what you need. Get in touch, and if you want, send me the text right away. We'll talk about what you need and I'll send you a detailed quote.

If I have glossaries or guidelines, can you use them?

Yes, definitely! Any materials that improve the final results are welcome here! If you have specific requirements, exact terminology, reference material, translation memos, or guidelines of any kind, I would be happy to use them as I work.

I need your service, but my texts aren't ready yet. I'm not yet sure about the work stages, and I need clarification about the timeframes. Can I contact you anyhow?
